Client: Strict Delivery of project on this green field site. The design team appreciated our practical help and suggestions in converting the plans into reality.

> A strict deadline was in place for the finished building and landscaping.
> The building had to be cost effective and "A" rated and we had to comply with a modern renewable energy specification outlined by the design team.
> The design of the extensive building and landscaping demanded a very experienced and skilled workforce.
> The finished product had to blend in with existing surroundings and had to provide an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.

New Holiday Home - Clonakilty.

Client: Ellen O'Mahony

To construct two new buildings that were to be connected to an existing old farm yard building. The existing building had to be retained where possible and converted into suitable modern holiday home accommodation.

We the O'Mahonys had business dealings with both Pat O'Sullivan and Patrick O'Sullivan Jnr for generations . We have found both of them very co-operative and courteous in our dealings at all times. More recently when I began a holiday home project, I found Patrick at the other end of the phone when I needed him. I was very pleased with the good workmanship and attention to detail was excellent.

This was an architect designed house on elevated site with specialist client requirements. We were selected after competitive tender and due to the fact that we had done previous work for the family.
